Happy Thursday everyone! I have a few informational odds and ends to share, and a question at the end, so I wanted to post a quick update for you!
Anyone who is a member of Weight Watchers (particularly online members using the app) may have noticed some changes in the food lists. The good news is, they have added thousands of new foods and updated restaurant nutritional information. The bad news is, some foods have disappeared from the list. According to a recent post on their site, they are hard at work to get everything completed and ready to go! Below is a link to the post for your reference.
