Hello, everyone! Another long run yesterday! This week, it was 5.31 miles at 12.6 minutes per mile. I got an Addaday roller and used it for the first time! It seemed to really help loosen up my legs. I will be writing a blog post with photos and first impressions of it very soon. Now, on with my running playlist!
